RETURNS:

At Arizona Art Supply, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please call us at 602-264-9514, or 1(877)264-9514 within 30 days and ask to speak with our web order department, so that we may handle your request.

Returns due to damage, defective product, or wrong item shipped will be reviewed by our web order department for proper return or disposal. If merchandise is returned for reasons outside of those listed above (wrong item ordered or item is unwanted), the customer is responsible for the return freight. Return shipping can be arranged with the shipper of your choice; however, we do encourage you to use a shipper with a reliable tracking system such as FedEx or UPS. If the shipment is lost or damaged on its way back to Arizona Art Supply, you may follow up with the shipper for claim resolution.

FOB or Truck-Shipped Items: When returning factory-shipped or truck-shipped items at your choice, please contact Arizona Art Supply for return authorization instructions.

Merchandise returned as a result of a customer order error will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking charge. Once a return package has been delivered to our distribution center, please allow up to 2 weeks for the return to be reviewed and processed. Once the returned item(s) are received by us in new, unused and unopened condition, we will process your credit less any applicable restocking fees and original shipping fees.

SHIPPING: Our shipping is a flat rate, based on your total purchase. Rates are as follows:

Up to $29.99 shipping is $7.95

$30.00-$49.99, shipping is $9.95

$50.00-$74.99, shipping is $10.95

$75.00-$99.99, shipping is $11.95

$100.00-$149.99, shipping is $13.95

$150.00-$199.99, shipping is $15.95

Over $200, shipping is FREE*

Items are generally shipped via UPS ground or USPS unless otherwise requested. If an item is in stock in our store, we generally ship within 1-3 business days. If an item is not stocked in our store, then it must be fulfilled from our web catalog distribution center outside of Arizona. If an item is not stocked in store, and must be sent by our web distribution center, or is on backorder, we strive to let you know as soon as possible. All shipments are shipped via a service that provides tracking and/or delivery confirmation. It is the responsibility of the customer to file lost package claims with the appropriate shipping service provider.

LOCAL PICKUPS: Due to pricing and selection differences online, we are unable to offer in-store location pickup.

*RESTRICTIONS APPLY TO ALL FREE SHIPPING OFFERS OR PROMOTIONS: Free shipping does not include expedited service, oversized items, or truck shipments. Overseas orders (including Alaska and Hawaii, or any US territories) do not qualify for any free shipping promotions. Free shipping promotion coupons may only be used once specified dollar amount is reached in product purchases (subtotal of order prior to any applicable sales tax or shipping charges). Standard, qualifying orders over the free shipping promotion amount will ship free, however, they will ship UPS ground only. Expedited shipping or items that have a truck logo will cost extra, please call us for details and/or shipping quotes. It is the SOLE responsibility of the customer to apply applicable coupons or promos at time of purchase and no backcredit will be given for missed promotions.
